Kraft Distribution Center
Union City, Georgia
The one million square foot building is Kraft Foods’ largest regional distribution center in North America. Paulson Mitchell provided full site civil services for the LEED® Silver facility.
Dendreon Corporation
Union City, Georgia
Paulson Mitchell performed full site development services for the 160,000 square foot, high-tech building. The Union City location is one of three manufacturing facilities in the nation that produce Dendreon’s cancer treatment products.
MAC II Building 5
Union City, Georgia
Spanning over 155 acres, the multi-tenant office and distribution warehouse is 1,000,000 square feet—the industrial park's largest project. Paulson Mitchell provided full site civil services for the Class A, cross-dock facility.
MAC II Building 3
Union City, Georgia
The 550,000 square foot industrial facility features cross-dock loading and rail service. It was one of a two-building project being developed at the time. PMI completed the site civil work for both, bringing a total of 1.6 million square feet of industrial real estate online.

Continuing MAC II’s success, PMI provided comprehensive site development services for its sixth building. The 635,000 square foot distribution/warehouse facility stretches over 44.2 acres of the thriving industrial area.
MAC II Building A

Phase I required a fast track schedule so that the Fortune 500 tenant could consolidate multiple locations in a short amount of time. The project team successfully completed the project six weeks ahead of schedule. Later in Phase II, the warehouse/distribution center expanded to the current size of 903,000 square feet.
