Adjacent to the 300-bed facility, a five-story parking deck and a Bright LIFE Child Care Center support the student body, staff and surrounding community. For Phase I, PMI's site civil services helped to convert a heavily wooded area into a 16-acre passive park. Residents of the once underserved area now enjoy an extensive list of amenities: a baseball field, two basketball courts, rental pavilion, restrooms, NEOS electronic sports gaming station, age-specific playgrounds and a LifeTrail™ system for seniors.
Cliff Valley School

As one of Atlanta’s renowned preschool and kindergarten institutions, Cliff Valley School was facing overwhelming requests for additional grades. The school decided to build the new Clairmont campus to meet their parents’ needs. PMI provided comprehensive site development services for a phased building program that accommodated their expansion to grade eight.
